Freehand Drawing

Wouldn’t it be great if you could just freehand draw a vector path to define a run of modules? Now you can. The Freehand Drawing Tool makes it easy to create a path for modules, and you don’t need a vector object first. In fact, you can draw a module path right over a photograph or bitmap artwork, without vectorizing. The path you draw will be converted to smooth Bezier curves that can then be edited and scaled as needed.
This opens up a lot of design possibilities and time savings. Customer sent you a blurry mobile phone photograph of the retrofit? Just scale the bitmap up, and draw the module path right over the photograph. Related to this tool is the ability to populate modules to an open path vector object, whether you create it with this tool, or import it.
